If you need to cancel or re-schedule the $15 deposit will be refunded back to you or credited to the next cleaning given that you give us 48 hour notice.
Deep Cleaning is the most detailed and most comprehensive cleaning you can get, whether it’s for your home, your office or rental. Deep cleans are normally done if it’s the first time Chikas Cleaners is cleaning your home, office or anything else, or if it has been a long time between cleanings. Homes that regularly get cleaned by us won't need to get full on deep cleaning because we pay attention to all areas of the home and keep up with less often cleaned areas.
Deep cleaning is particularly important for homes that experience a higher amount of traffic or guests and/or for homes where extreme cleanliness is desired. Regularly homes that experience normal up keep only need deep cleaning periodically or on the initial appointment. After that initial deep cleaning is done, Chikas Cleaners keeps up with all the areas of cleaning and makes sure your home is maintained.
The list below gives you more information about what items are cleaned during a Deep Cleaning. Clients are able to customize this list to make sure that the deep cleaning fits their needs. This is easily done when the appointment is made.

Fill out the information and give us any instructions or information that is important for us to get the cleaning done to your satisfaction. We work in teams of 3 Chikas, we bring all our own equipment and cleaning supplies. We use safe and eco friendly disinfectants. If you prefer we use your cleaning supplies all you have to do is let us know. On the day of your appointment we show up and clean it. We work around you and your needs.
