If you need to cancel or re-schedule the $15 deposit will be refunded back to you or credited to the next cleaning given that you give us 48 hour notice.
We understand that most rentals require a deposit that can be fully refundable if the rental is left clean. That deposit is valuable to you especially during the move. We have made it possible for hundreds of people to get their full deposit back without having to do any work.
We know what the owners look for so we leave it to their highest standard.
The last thing you want to do when you move into a new place is to clean it. That being said the last thing you want to do when you are moving out after you packed everything is to clean the home. We will make it so easy for you. We will even haul away small amounts of trash or unwanted items to the dumpster or to the local donation center. All you have to do is let us know what you want us to do and we will do it.
Our clients have also enjoyed the help of our Chikas helping pack up the house. Just make sure to schedule us when you are present and you can give the Chikas instructions as to what you want them to do. We will not only clean for you, we will also help you pack up.
